Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the PropertiesOS web application, mobile app and related services (the "Service") provided by PropertiesOS, HSR Layout, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. By creating a workspace or signing in, you agree to them on behalf of yourself and, if you sign up for a business, that business (the "Customer").

• The workspace owner controls who joins the workspace and what each member can see.
• You must give accurate details and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Tell us right away at contact@propertiesos.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

The Customer owns the data it puts into the Service. We use it only to provide and support the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

The Customer is responsible for having a lawful basis, including consent where required, to store and contact the leads and clients it adds, and for following telemarketing, WhatsApp and anti-spam rules when contacting them.

You agree not to:

• send spam or unsolicited bulk messages through the Service;
• upload data you have no right to use, or content that is unlawful or infringes others’ rights;
• try to access other workspaces, probe or disrupt the Service, or bypass plan limits;
• resell the Service, or copy or reverse engineer it, except where the law allows.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules or put the Service or other users at risk.

• Paid plans are billed in advance for the chosen period. Prices are shown before you pay and include or state applicable taxes.
• Trials end automatically. Features beyond your plan are unavailable until you upgrade.
• You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and fees already paid are not refunded unless the law requires it.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice. The new price applies from your next billing period.

Some features rely on other providers, such as WhatsApp, maps, payment processors and push notification services. Their own terms apply to them, and we are not responsible for their availability.

We work to keep the Service available and secure, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may improve or change features. If we remove a major feature of a paid plan, we will tell you in advance.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end access for serious or repeated breach of these terms, or for non-payment after notice. After a workspace ends, its data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy, including a 30-day window to export it.

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits, lost deals or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.

We may update these terms and will post the new version here with a new date. If a change is significant, we will notify workspace owners first. Questions: contact@propertiesos.com.
